1、 Vibrating screen

Vibrating screen is used to screen out the sundries mixed in cement and provide good materials for cement filling.

The vibrating screen uses the exciting force of the vibrating motor to vibrate the screen body, but the shell does not move. Its exciting point is accurate, the whole machine works stably, has low noise, less slag discharge, and the motor power is small. It can be hoisted or installed.

2、 Screw valve

It can be used to regulate the flow of cement materials in the intermediate bin, and to close the outlet and stop feeding during equipment maintenance.

The screw rod of the spiral gate is fully closed and well sealed. The cement will not be plugged into the screw thread, and the operation is flexible. The opening and closing of the gate is controlled by the hand wheel through the lead screw drive, and the stroke of the gate is 400mm.

3、 Feeder

The feeder is a machine that uniformly supplies cement materials to the packaging machine.

Its characteristics are that the impeller rotates automatically without being affected by the intermediate chamber pressure, the gap between the impeller and the shell is small, and the locking performance is reliable.
