The daily maintenance of gypsum mortar production line is an important link in daily work, and the following points should be paid attention to:

1. After use, pay attention to whether the fasteners are loose and tighten them in time. Large light gypsum mortar equipment should regularly check the fasteners.

2. During feeding, it is strictly prohibited to sandwich iron nails, iron wires and other hard objects in cement and sand to avoid damage to machinery.

3. After the reducer of gypsum mortar production line is used for a period of time, the dry powder mixer shall check the lubricating oil level and replenish it in time.

石膏砂浆设备的养护方法：

1.每次气动前，设备应空转，检查搅拌筒或搅拌叶片的转动方向，各工作装置的操作和制动是否正常，确保设备正常运行，方可投入生产;

2.石膏砂浆设备出料口需经常清理残留物，避免妨碍设备的正常运行;

3.对各系统进行定期检查，检查是否有漏灰、漏气、漏油等现象，如出现特殊问题及时进行处理解决；

4.需定期空转设备，检查电机、减速电机等部件是否有过热、异常响动的情况，及时对问题进行处理;

5.设备运行一段时间后，需要检查各润滑点是否需要添加润滑油;

6.石膏砂浆设备使用结束后，需要清理搅拌机和给料机中的残留物；

7.生产工作完成后，需要清洁周围环境;

8.设备中的搅拌器、气动蝶阀装置和空气过滤器应定期按相应的规格进行维护;

9.严格执行各项检查事项，确保设备运行时的效率和操作人员的平安。
