Screw conveyor is a kind of conveying equipment widely used in chemical, building materials, metallurgy and grain enterprises. Its working principle is that the auger (shaft with spiral piece) rotates in the closed chute, so that the materials loaded into the chute do not rotate together with the spiral due to their own weight and the friction between them and the chute, and can only move laterally along the chute. In the screw conveyor placed vertically, the material moves upward by the friction force generated by centrifugal force and groove wall.

Screw conveyor has the following characteristics:

1. The spiral body has small diameter, high rotation speed, large conveying capacity, high accuracy and good conveying conditions;

2. The driving device is a gear reducer with high torque, low noise, no oil leakage and long service life. The conveyor shell is connected by seamless pipes and flanges. The whole machine has good rigidity and large bearing capacity. During transportation, it can be continuously transported whether horizontally or at a large angle of inclination, and the working position and attitude can be selected at will. It is convenient for disassembly and movement.
