If the height of the equipment is 2 meters, only 3.5 meters need to be reserved when building the protective shed, and the reserved equipment can be put into production after passing the acceptance.

2、 Operators must be trained. Only after passing the examination can they take up their posts with certificates. They cannot operate without certificates.

3、 Before starting the equipment, it is necessary to check in advance to make sure that all parts are free of obstacles. Once problems are found, they should be repaired immediately.

4、 In case of any sudden failure during the operation of the equipment, the power supply shall be cut off immediately, the mortar in the mixing drum shall be poured out and overhauled, and the production can be continued only after the failure is eliminated. During the operation of the equipment, it is not allowed to use tools such as wood bars and iron bars to extend into the equipment to clean materials. The power supply should be cut off before operation. After cleaning, the switch box should be locked and the site should be cleaned.

5、 Do a good job in the maintenance of the dry mortar production line regularly, so as to further improve the service life of the equipment.
