The horizontal spiral belt mixer has high mixing uniformity, no delamination and segregation, no deposition, no red heat to heat sensitive materials, no pressure feeding and grinding to particles, and good adaptability to materials with great difference in weight. The machine is a horizontal U-shaped body with spray and liquid adding devices, which is moved by the spiral belt of the stirring shaft. The inner and outer spirals turn the materials in a wide range. The inner spiral belt moves the materials to both sides. The outer spiral belt moves the materials from both sides inward to make the materials mix back and forth. Another part of the materials is pulled by the spiral belt and moves in the axial and radial directions, thus forming a convective cycle. Due to the above-mentioned movement and stirring, the materials can be mixed quickly and uniformly in a relatively short time.
