The gypsum mortar production line designed and manufactured by our company has high production efficiency, small floor area, high degree of automation, complete equipment specifications, and can meet the production needs of dry powder mortar with different performance requirements.

The equipment of special dry powder mortar production line (putty powder, tile glue) is mainly composed of elevator, mixer, finished product warehouse, packaging machine, dust collector, electric control cabinet and gas phase balance system. The double shaft paddle mixer is used, which does not damage the original state of the material, and ensures that the insulation coefficient of the mortar will not be reduced due to the damage of the shape of the insulation raw material, thus ensuring the insulation effect of the product. The packaging machine does not use the traditional ram sealing, which avoids the phenomenon of squeezing the ram. The advantages of packaging granular materials are particularly prominent. It uses microcomputer measurement, accurate weighing, stable performance, simple operation, good sealing, reasonable structure, durable, electromechanical integration, convenient adjustment and maintenance, and energy saving.
