On January 18, the special mortar production line equipment customized by Rizhao customers in our company was loaded and delivered to customers after passing the acceptance of technicians.

The special dry powder mortar production line (putty powder, tile glue) designed and manufactured by our company is mainly composed of elevator, mixer, finished product warehouse, packaging machine, dust collector, electric control cabinet and gas phase balance system.

The production line adopts a double shaft paddle mixer, which can not destroy the original state of materials, ensure that the insulation coefficient of mortar will not be reduced due to the damage of the shape of insulation raw materials, and ensure the insulation effect of products. The packing machine used does not use the traditional ram sealing, which avoids the phenomenon of squeezing the ram, and has particularly prominent advantages for the packaging of granular materials.

The whole production line adopts microcomputer measurement, with accurate weighing, stable performance and simple operation.
