The gypsum mortar production line designed and manufactured by our company has high production efficiency, small floor area, high degree of automation and complete equipment specifications, which can meet the production requirements of dry powder mortar with different performance requirements.

The special dry powder mortar production line (putty powder, ceramic tile glue) equipment is mainly composed of elevator, mixer, finished product warehouse, packaging machine, dust remover, electric control cabinet, and gas phase balance system. The double shaft paddle mixer is adopted, which does not damage the original state of materials, ensures that the thermal insulation coefficient of mortar will not be reduced due to the shape damage of thermal insulation materials, and ensures the thermal insulation effect of products. The packaging machine does not use the traditional ram sealing, which avoids the phenomenon of squeezing the ram. The advantages of packaging granular materials are particularly prominent. It uses microcomputer measurement, accurate weighing, stable performance, simple operation, good sealing, reasonable structure, durable, electromechanical integration, convenient adjustment and maintenance, and energy saving.
