Huaxing Machinery - loading and delivery of special mortar line equipment ordered by Anhui customers

With the unremitting efforts of technicians and workshop workers, after a month of intensive production, two special mortar lines (one of which has an annual output of 5000 tons) ordered by Anhui customers completed the whole production process with quality and quantity guaranteed on time. After the quality inspectors checked and accepted, the first vehicle was loaded in the afternoon of July 12 and sent to the customer's site for installation.

Special mortar line equipment is mainly composed of elevator, mixer, finished product warehouse, packaging machine, dust remover, electric control cabinet and gas phase balance system. The double shaft paddle mixer is adopted, which does not damage the original state of materials, so that the thermal insulation coefficient of mortar will not be reduced due to the shape damage of thermal insulation materials, ensuring the thermal insulation effect of products. The packing machine does not use the traditional ram seal, which avoids ram extrusion. The advantages of granular materials packaging are particularly prominent. The use of microcomputer measurement, accurate weighing, stable performance, simple operation, good sealing, reasonable structure, durable, electromechanical integration, easy adjustment and maintenance, energy saving and many other characteristics.
