Daily operation and maintenance of rotary packaging machine:

(1) The operators of the rotary packaging machine shall wear work clothes and dust masks when working.

(2) Before starting the rotary packaging machine, observe the working site and the surrounding environment of the machine, and clear the obstacles affecting the work. No one is allowed to stand in the enclosure except the personnel who insert bags when starting the machine.

(3) Before starting up the rotary packaging machine, observe the value of the speed regulating device. The packaging machine must rotate in the specified direction. If any abnormality is found during operation, stop the machine immediately for inspection. When stopping for inspection and troubleshooting, cut off the power supply and hang a sign to inform others or specially assigned person to take care of it, so as to avoid personal injury accidents caused by sudden rotation of the machine.

(4) When inserting bags in the rotary packaging machine, the staff should not be too close to the machine to prevent scratches.

(5) During the operation of the packaging machine, it is not allowed to press or kick the packaging bag and the weighing mechanism, so as to avoid uneven bag weight during bagging.

(6) Before the operation of the packaging machine, check whether the power system and control mechanism of each outlet are abnormal. If there is any problem, repair it in time.

(7) The grounding wire protection of electrical appliances shall be reliable and guaranteed, and the insulation of electrical appliances shall be checked frequently. If any abnormality is found, it shall be handled in time.

(8) Check the weighing mechanism regularly. If the weighing accuracy is out of tolerance, adjust it immediately.

(9) The bagging mechanism shall be cleaned frequently to reduce the phenomena of scraping, leaning, supporting and jamming.
